1. Employment

1.1 You are employed by KP Veneers as per the role and responsibilities outlined in your appointment letter.
1.2 Your place of work will be the registered office or any location assigned by the management within India.

2. Working Hours

2.1 Normal working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
2.2 You are expected to follow punctuality and complete assigned tasks on time.
2.3 Sunday will be a weekly holiday. Any change in work hours or shifts will be informed in advance.

3. Probation Period

3.1 All employees will undergo a probation period of 6 months.
3.2 During this period, your performance and behavior will be evaluated. Employment may be confirmed, extended, or terminated based on performance.

4. Salary and Deductions

4.1 Salary will be paid on or before the 7th of every month through bank transfer.
4.2 Statutory deductions like PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc., will be made as per government regulations.

5. Leaves and Holidays

5.1 You are entitled to 12 casual/sick leaves per year.
5.2 National and public holidays will be as per the company calendar.
5.3 Prior approval must be taken for planned leaves. Unauthorized absence will attract salary deductions.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 Employees must behave professionally and respectfully with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
6.2 Alcohol, drugs, or smoking on company premises is strictly prohibited.
6.3 Misconduct, theft, or damaging company property may result in termination and legal action.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 Employees must not share any company trade secrets, client information, or internal data without written permission.
7.2 This clause remains valid even after resignation or termination.

8. Use of Company Property

8.1 Laptops, tools, samples, and documents issued must be used only for official purposes.
8.2 Loss or damage due to negligence will be recoverable from the employee.

9. Resignation and Termination

9.1 Employees must provide 30 days’ written notice to resign.
9.2 The company reserves the right to terminate employment with one month’s notice or salary in lieu.
9.3 During notice period, responsibilities must be properly handed over.

10. Disciplinary Action

10.1 Any violation of these terms may attract verbal warning, written notice, suspension, or termination based on severity.

11. Amendments

11.1 KP Veneers reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any updates will be notified through official communication.
